Vendor Spotlight: Uncle Ping’s Street Foods

Uncle Ping’s is back with hot and frozen food!

Uncle Ping’s isn’t just about street food—it’s about honoring generations of family tradition. Founder Steven Chang grew up in the heart of the food industry, from watching his father run a restaurant in Altoona, PA, to working alongside his mother’s wholesale food business in Washington, D.C. Steven created Uncle Ping’s—a tribute to the authentic Taiwanese dishes that shaped his childhood, from his Grandmother’s recipe 12-Hour Braised Taiwanese Pork Shoulder to niece & nephew, Jaden And Makai (JAM). Now, he brings those bold, handcrafted flavors to your local farmers’ market, made fresh and filled with the same love that built his family’s legacy.
