Vendor Spotlight: DMV Empanadas
DMV Empanadas has been with Westover Farmers Market for over 6 years. In that time, they have sold thousands of delicious empanadas to the Westover Farmers Market community!
DMV Empanadas is a local family business that makes thousands of empanadas each week to sell around the DMV. They make everything from scratch and use the best local ingredients!
Though now they have a ton of flavors (at least 28!) the first empanada they started making was chicken. Now you can find rows and rows of delicious flavors at the market!
Their favorite part of the market is how friendly people are, so be sure to stop by and say hello to Michelle this weekend!
Connect with them on Instagram, Facebook, and sign up for their email list (at the bottom of the page)!

Weekly Scavenger Hunt Activity!
Each week, we post a challenge for you all to find chalk drawings of fruits or veggies scattered around the market. Find all of them, and come to the market table for a stamp on your punch card (provided there). Once you get 6 stamps (you get one per week), you get a prize!
The weekly challenge will be posted in the newsletter and Instagram, which can be found, here!
