Field to Table hosts four local farmers markets in the Arlington, Virginia area that provide goods grown, harvested, or produced within 125 miles of the markets. We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality products while facilitating a welcoming community atmosphere.

In addition to shopping locally (purchasing from our vendors who grow/produce their products within a 125 mile radius of the market) our market vendors provide fresh, delicious food in line with the seasons. During the fall, expect to see…

September: Cucumbers, Pawpaws, Tomatoes, the last of the Peaches, Apples, and Figs

October: Brussels sprouts, Pears, Spinach, Arugula, Beets, Broccoli, Celery, Pumpkins

November: Leeks, Kale, Persimmons, Potatoes, Radishes, Sweet Potatoes, Radicchio

📣 Fall Events Schedule!

Join us for some fun fall events at all four of our markets!

🎃 Jack O’Looza! Join us October 25th and 26th for a Halloween costume contest and Jack-o-lantern carving and decorating! Adult supervision is required while carving pumpkins.

🍁 Annual Fall Fest is November 8th and 9th! Join us for fall treats, hay bale photo ops, and fun crafts and activities!

🎨 End of Season Makers Market! On November 15th-16th and 22nd-23rd close out the season with a bang with your favorite weekly vendors and some special guests, bringing local crafts, art, and more!

We are looking for local crafters to join us for our last two weekends of the Fall market season. We are looking for facepainters, photographers, ceramic artists, crafters, and more!

Join us this Saturday to hear John Kamman perform acoustic folk rock and classic rock songs on the guitar

Vendor Spotlight: The Bamboo Spoon

Visit The Bamboo Spoon this weekend for Lumpia, a traditional Filipino spring roll. The Bamboo Spoon has sweet, savory, and frozen Lumpia in a variety of delicious flavors. We recommend the Ube Oreo Cheesecake for a sweet treat or the traditional Pork for savory! Cooking ends at 11:30am. Find them on Instagram, here.

Live Music: Swingology

Join us this weekend to hear Swingology! A DC-area band, Swingology performs hot jazz, bossa nova, manouche, swing and traditional jazz. You will hear violin, guitars, and bass which will make you feel like you’re in a Parisian cafe or Prohibition era speakeasy.

Vendor Spotlight: Ana’s Twist

Ana of Ana’s Twist grew up in Ecuador, learning her love of cooking from her mother, grandmother, and studies of holistic foods. Every week she comes to our markets with empanadas, sorbets, soups, and juices, all of which she makes with local and seasonal ingredients. Find them on Instagram, here.

Empanadas: Try their breakfast, al pastor, chicken, or chorizo! They have gluten-free options as well with ground beef, chicken, and vegetarian/vegan.

Soups: Try their vegan soups, from sancocho to broccoli cheddar, to tomato and green plantain!

Sorbets: With 100% fruit, try crazy green (passion fruit, pineapple, spinach and kale), blackberry, watermelon & lime, or mojito!

Vendor Spotlight: Bouvardia Coffee

Start your day with a coffee in hand as you stroll around the market! Bouvardia Coffee has hot and iced coffee for you to drink during the market, as well as a wide array of single origin coffee beans sourced from Colombia, Mexico, and Ethopia!

Bourvardia Coffee was born out of a love and family connection to coffee. The founder was born in Ethopia, surrounded by coffee from traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremonies and his parent’s coffee business, founded in 1992. The Bouvardia name comes from a genus of flowering plants in the Rubiaceae family, the same botanical family as coffee, symbolizing vitality and enthusiasm.

Weekly Scavenger Hunt Activity!

Each week, we post a challenge for you all to find chalk drawings of fruits or veggies scattered around the market. Find all of them, and come to the market table for a stamp on your punch card (provided there). Once you get 6 stamps (you get one per week), you get a prize!

Hear David Juras playing Hootenanny this Sunday at the market. A Hootenanny is an Appalachian term for a musical gathering with folk music and sometimes (hopefully!) dancing. We are excited to see you there this weekend!

Vendor Spotlight: Black Rock Orchard

Black Rock Orchard is a family-owned orchard located in Lineboro, Maryland. David Hochheimer and Emily Zaas grow 77 varieties of apples, peaches, pears, nectarines, plums, blueberries, gooseberries, apricots, and more on their 92 acres. The only sell within the Maryland, D.C., Virginia region, letting you know that your food is locally grown with care and few emissions are created getting your food to you!

Donate to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) at our Market Tables

Field to Table has partnered with the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) to have donation boxes available each week at all farmers markets. Support the Arlington community by donating nonperishable food items (no glass, please) at our markets. Learn more.

AFAC is in most need of canned fruits, canned tuna, canned soups, canned vegetables, canned tomatoes, peanut butter (in a plastic jar), cereal, and plastic water bottles!
